Wit's End

Great Location!
Have stayed in several of these condos in this area and this one was nice! Beds super comfortable and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Management responded so quickly to an issue we had with the Keurig. If I had to be picky about anything I would say it may be time to update some of the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms but other than that we enjoyed our time!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay!
Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Everything you need was in walkin closet, kitchen had everything for someone that enjoys cooking. Beds & couches were very comfortable! All around everything I wanted! Walking distance to Seaside Square with great restaurants & shopping not to mention the GULF!!

Beachside Gem
This is a wonderful property with plenty of room for family and/or friends. Nicely updated with very comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and all with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nancy is an incredible host with almost immediate reply's to any question you may have. The condo is walking distance to Seaside with all the Watercolor amenities. We will definitely stay again the next time we are vacationing in Seaside.

Best place we have stayed in Watercolor!
Best place we have stayed in Watercolor! We have been coming to Watercolor for several years . We choose a condo this year on the beach ! It was great all the way around ! The best location, garage parking right by garage door, so clean , beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable, view was great , pool was so clean , easy walk down to beach, very equipped kitchen, and was very quiet! The best was the awesome welcome basket with snacks , coffee and more! The location was just great ! No need to face a golf cart ! I highly recommend this place !

AMAZING STAY!
What an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our girls trip. We had 5 in our crew and all had a very comfortable stay! The house was spotless and in great condition. The location is ideal for walking to the beach/shops/nearby restaurants. Our whole stay was easy and Nancy at Concierge Cottages really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. I would highly recommend booking at Wit's End!

Great place!
We had a great time! The unit was beautiful. It has recently been updated. Everything was clean and the view was nice. The kitchen had everything you need, just like home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean... the view was amazing. You have access to all the WaterColor amenities, which our kids love! Our favorite part was the private pool with this unit. The pool is only for this row of u its and there was never anyone there. Another part we loved was that we brought our own chairs and used the private boardwalk to set up at the beach. The pool and boardwalk were nice to escape the crowds when we wanted some quiet. Our time at Witts End was so fun!

Amazing Location!
This is an amazing unit. It is very well kept up with everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home if you'd like. It is spacious and the community is very private/quiet. We enjoyed the pool in front of the unit because it wasn't very crowded and walks to the beach were easy. This is no fault of the unit owner but the wristbands required by Watercolor for access are pretty difficult to get on and that was probably our only struggle as the kids would take them off and couldn't access places. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time! They surprised us with 16th birthday decorations and a basket full of snacks! They also replaced a bike that wasn't working in 30 minutes! Honestly, they couldn't have been any better! The condo was perfectly located and just as described! They helped make my daughter's 16th birthday one to remember!

The host was amazing! I told her we were coming to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with a group of her friends and upon arrival we were greeted with birthday decor, # 18 balloons, and a full welcome basket. She truly went above and beyond. The home is gorgeous and huge. Sitting on the balconies listening to the waves is a perfect way to end each evening. You can see the pool from the unit and walk there in 10 seconds. It is a one-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of 30A (no place better in my opinion!!) and a quick walk to shops, ice cream, restaurants, etc. Publix is a 7-minute drive away. This is truly one of the best places we have stayed and we rent Airbnb's a dozen times a year. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful condo, within walking distance from the beach, pool, and the watercolor beach club!! The condo was beautiful, clean, very spacious, great kitchen, great view from the second floor to the gulf. Seemed to be recently renovated. We loved this place and will definitely return.

We absolutely loved this property! The beds were very comfortable and the location and amenities were perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Communication with the owner was easy and fast through the site.
