This home is PERFECT!
We stayed here with our children for spring break. The property is PERFECT. The golf cart makes trips to seaside super easy. We did not use our vehicle one time. The beach access was super convenient and parking the golf cart made it super easy. The home is immaculate and very thoughtfully designed. It felt and smelled brand new. Every detail is high curated and well appointed. We loved having a main floor master while the kids could use the upstairs master. The kids bunk room was super comfortable too. Random observation but I really loved the concrete floors. Great light in the home too. Will stay again 100%.

AMAZING STAY!!!
This was probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. And I'm not just talking about how relaxing beautiful and amazing the house was the management was on another level. Their fast respond to any question, and will come out in a moments notice if needed. This is one of the most relaxing, fun, and easiest Airbnb's ever I will be coming back every summer if they will have me. P.S. If you go here, make sure to put a ribeye on the outdoor grill!

Great place to stay.
Loved this home. It was spacious, location was great, we loved the pool and having the golf cart there was super helpful. We will be back next year.

Great home and close to the beach!
Rental was beautiful, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. Beds are comfy, furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Golf cart was very convenient. We made a lot of good memories, I would most definitely stay at this house again.

Great stay on 30A! - Seagrove Surf Shack
We have been coming to the 30 A area for 15 years. This was by far one of the best stays. Accomodations were extremely nice for the price. Modern flair, all amenities, close to the beach and golf cart! What more do you need. Hope to come back and stay again next year! Oh and I forgot to mention the staff at Concierge Cottages were spot on with any request or question we had.

Wow!! Just Wow!! We loved this home.
Our stay at the Seagrove Surf Shack was nothing short of spectacular. This home truly had everything we could possibly need. The screened in back porch was amazing, and the pool picture perfect. We spent a lot of time hanging around it and was perfect for our kids to play in while we grilled out and could still keep an eye on them. The provided golf cart was a game-changer, making trips to the beach and around the area a breeze. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and the listing. Lisa from the management company was a standout - incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all our questions were promptly addressed. The thoughtful touches like the lights being on and music set the tone for a memorable stay for our family. Without a doubt, we would book this home again for future vacations.

I can definitely recommend this house...you will not be disappointed!
Everyone in our group loved this house. The little kids loved the pool and adults loved the kitchen and living area that overlooked the pool. Everything was in good condition and super clean. The location is perfect if you are also renting a golf cart to get you to the beach. You are within a 10 minute cart ride of beach access, Publix, and some good local restaurants. I can definitely recommend this house...you will not be disappointed!

This house could not have been more perfect for our vacation this summer. It was EXACTLY as advertised which is always a plus. The highlight of the house was the amazing pool, which our kids enjoyed day and night.

GREAT STAY!
Loved this property. The pool was a godsend, as the Gulf was still rough for a few days after Hurricane Ida. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach, on an overall quiet street. Lots of space for all six of us to gather and watch football games/movies. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best houses we have rented in the area!
We loved staying at the Surf Shack! The proximity to the beach was amazing for teens to go back and forth. We rode into Seaside every day for lunch. The house is great and roomy and so cute. The heated pool was perfect for the cooler days and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
