This unit has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The beds are comfortable and clean. The entire unit is beautifully decorated with many little details added for comfort. Fantastic
This is our favorite condo on 30A! It's is absolutely stunning and nicely laid out. It has been updated completely and the design thought through to perfection. The beds are super comfy, with the softest bedding. Although this is 1st floor, the view of the ocean is still visible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Perfect For a Family Vacation!
The condo was perfect for our family. We had a total of (5) people and (3) of those were teens. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for them. The location of the condo was perfect! You're only a 3–5-minute drive from Seaside and 10-15 from pretty much anywhere you would need or want to go. Theres a gas station in walking distance, which came in handy, and a handful of restaurants as well. We have always travelled to PCB and the best part about this location is the private beach access. There may have been 40-50 people in our stretch of beach each day. You're not on top of anyone and that made our beach days (everyday) perfect! Also, I highly recommend this specific condo because of the location on the property. We literally took (15) steps out of the back door and you're at the steps leading to the beach. Had a lovely stay this past week at Seagroovy!
Had a lovely stay this past week at Seagroovy! I really appreciated the stocked kitchen which even included things like ziploc bags and aluminum foil. Place was right on the water and we enjoyed our coffee from the high Adirondack chairs. The kids were also able to play out on the lawn.
