UNIT ACCESS:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the C Building at the Palms of Seagrove. There is no elevator in this building. 

GRILLS:
The HOA does not allow grills at this condo complex

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed.
NO pets.
Check out time is 10 am
Check in time is 4 pm
Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.


GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.

BEACH TOWELS:
This home does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own.

BEACH CHAIR SET UPS:
