Second stay was just as great!
This was our second summer staying at Salt and Light! It is an amazing house, fully stocked with everything you could need. The Eastern Lake Beach access was great last year for our young kids to play in, but this year it was over the chest of the adults. With that, we only used that access the first day. The rest of the week we beached at the other access. Do get there early, as it does get crowded! We love 30A, and Conceirge Cottages has been wonderful to work with.

Such a beautiful house to spend our family vacation in. It was just perfect! Loved having an elevator as well. The decor was fabulous. The walk to the beach was easy for all. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with our family!

Incredible
I would give 10 stars if I could. Salt and Light was absolutely perfect for our multi family vacation. Kitchen is stunning but practical and well-stocked with everything we needed. Home is impeccably decorated and spacious. Kid room on the first floor with bunk beds/trundle, reading nook and egg chair provided optimal accommodations for our young ones. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Initially slightly concerned about walking through the tide pool to reach the ocean but it turned out to be a great place to paddle board and allow kids to play. Property Managers promptly responded to issue and great communication. Would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect location and beautiful home!
Host was very responsive. the house met our large family's needs. kitchen was expertly set up with lots of items. Hang out spaces were just perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved it!
Such a lovely house. Great for a larger group. The kitchen was amazing with 2 dishwashers, a large frig/freezer. The host was quick to respond to questions prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this house!!

Loved this home
I stumbled upon this property as unfinished and took a chance, Boy am I glad I did. The home is beautiful. There were 12 of us and we never felt on top of each other. The top floor is stunning, and the kids enjoyed the bottom bunk room. While you do not have your own private pool you kinda do. It is literally right out the door and you can see it from the balcony. There were never more than 3 people at it while we are there. The golf cart was the added bonus that made taking things to the beach a piece of cake. Even without the golf cart it was super close and no problem at all. The kids loved riding bikes to get ice cream in the afternoons. It was close enough to shopping and dinner. We took the golf cart to Seaside a day as well. There is nothing I did not love about this home. I can't recommend it enough.

Where to even start. WOW!
Where to even start. WOW! The owners thought of everything and then some in this house! We went for a weekend getaway with friends and it could not have been a better set up. Open living floor plan with spacious amenities that comfortably accommodated multiple families with children. The proximity to the beach and overall beach set up was perfect. The convenience of having a golf cart and bikes available made trips into Seaside and Rosemary such a treat. This house was exceptional from the absolutely charming decor and furniture to the functional design and layout. Coffee bar on every floor. Wagon to transport toys and chairs to the beach. Kitchen prep room. Extra long kitchen table for seating large groups. Incredible walk out deck with gorgeous views. Not a single detail was missed. It's very clear this house was designed with excellent attention to detail and with intention for hosting and entertaining. We had an absolute blast!

Our family stayed at Salt & Light November 1st and highly we recommend this home. The layout was perfect for our large group and the decor/ feel was so peaceful! Comfortable beds with large spa like bathrooms. The third floor living area and kitchen was laid out perfectly and so peaceful with floor to ceiling windows and ocean views. Off of the living area is a wrap around balcony which we enjoyed morning and night! The elevator made it nice for older group members and for caring groceries to the third floor. The location was great being in close proximity to seaside and Ally's/Rosemarry beach. It was a little cooler since we came in November but we were still able to utilize the beautiful pool that was directly in front of the home. Overall we couldn't have had a better experience and will be planning our trip back soon!

We went down with a big group of friends, most of which had kids. I was a little nervous the house could not handle the mayhem of that many families and children but it was the PERFECT family vacation rental home. The house is new and the design and attention to detail made it feel so luxurious (at a good price). Most importantly we could put the kids down and still enjoy ourselves without having to be quiet! That's a big win. The bottom floor bunk room was a huge hit with the kids and we were so close to the beach. I can't so enough how great of a time we had and we are already booking a trip for the next year.

Our family stayed at Salt & Light in March 2021 and from the moment we stepped into this home, we were mesmerized. Every detail is thoughtfully laid out from the primary suites, to the kids bunk room, to the gorgeous third floor kitchen and living space. Plenty of space for everyone to come together with room to spread out for some quiet time as well. The beach is just a short walk or bike ride and the elevator was perfect for carrying up groceries, luggage and those with difficulty walking stairs. We travel to this area every year and this was by far our favorite property. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our next stay for later this year!
