Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed.
NO pets.
Check out time is 10 am
Check in time is 4 pm
Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.
GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.
BEACH TOWELS:
This home does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own.

GREAT condo and vacation
We come to Seagrove every year and we stay at The Palms most of the time. This was our first stay in this particular unit. It was beautifully remodeled with the most gorgeous and comfortable furnishings. Something random, but there were ample towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The unit came with 2 bikes! You had a perfect view of the beach and ocean and you were just a few steps from the beach! This location is our favorite because the beach isn't as crowded as some of the neighboring beaches but you're still a very short drive/bike ride from many restaurants and shops! Beautiful condo!
Condo has been updated very nicely . Very comfortable and convenient . Wonderful unobstructed view of the beach and ocean off the balcony . Management staff was perfect providing fast answers to any questions. Sweet Spot on 30A
Excellent spot on 30A just enough away from heavy amount of people and busy shops. Second floor beautiful view, very clean, nicely decorated. Parking was never a problem. Beach never over crowded at our access. Difficulty with the washing machine during our stay but Doug was great and offered to wash our load for us and brought extra towels. Drive to Destin is a slow crowded one from here and even more so to catch the dolphin boat excursion at Ft Walton area- just as happy to stay right here on this balcony! Saw two dolphins in the morning after sunrise off our balcony. Would absolutely come and stay here again. Bikes were easily accessible and the teens enjoyed using them !
