BEACH ACCESS:
The Palms of Seagrove D5 offers a private beach access through a boardwalk located about 350 feet from the complex.

COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS:
Just steps away from the pool deck! The Pool is located on the Western side of the complex.

UNIT ACCESS:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the D Building at the Palms of Seagrove. There is no elevator in this building. 

GRILLS:
The HOA does not allow grills at this condo complex

The Palms of Seagrove D5 offers a private beach access through a boardwalk located about 350 feet from the complex.

GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out. 

BEACH TOWELS:
This unit does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own. 

BEACH CHAIR SET UPS:
This complex has an exclusive beach chair vendor. To set up beach chair service at an additional cost you will need to contact them directly to arrange. The name of the company is called Beach Chairs 4 U.
