Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
Master Suite, Second Floor: Immerse yourself in comfort with a sumptuous King Bed, featuring a private bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower.
Guest Suite I, Third Floor: Unwind on the King Bed or cozy up on the Queen Pullout Couch. Enjoy shared access to the bathroom, which includes a shower/tub combo for a versatile bathing experience.
Guest Suite II, Third Floor: Revel in restful nights on the King Bed, with a charming Twin Day Bed and Pullout Twin Trundle ready for extra guests. Access the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Living Room, Second Floor: Relax and entertain on the spacious Queen Pullout Couch, ideal for movie nights and gatherings.

Laundry Room, Second Floor: Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer located conveniently off the Master Bathroom for your convenience.

Beach Access:
Kulula East is perfectly positioned for beach lovers—just a quick 2-minute (~400 ft) stroll to two separate public beach access points, including the coveted Eastern Lake Neighborhood access. Spend your days between the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast and the tranquil, family-friendly waters of Eastern Lake, ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, and little ones who love to splash.

Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.
