With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 19 guests, Kulula East & West is an ideal choice for extended families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, celebrations, or anyone looking for extra room to spread out during their beach vacation.

TWO HOMES, ONE INCREDIBLE VACATION
Kulula East is the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom side of the duplex and comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Its bright, coastal interior features premium appliances, upscale finishes, and inviting open-concept living spaces designed for gathering. The second-floor living room provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, while the well-appointed kitchen makes family meals and entertaining easy.

Kulula West offers an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Like the East side, West features sophisticated coastal décor, premium appliances, spacious living areas, and thoughtful touches throughout. Having the two units together means everyone can enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from one another while still having their own space to retreat, relax, or put the kids to bed.
Whether you're gathering for a family reunion, traveling with grandparents, bringing multiple families together, or simply want plenty of room for everyone, this unique setup allows you to be together when you want and have your own space when you need it.

SHARED OUTDOOR OASIS
One of the highlights of Kulula East & West is the expansive shared outdoor space. Step outside to enjoy the 33' x 9.5' saltwater pool, surrounded by a large patio and generous backyard. The pool can be seasonally heated upon request for $55 per day, making it even more enjoyable during cooler months.
Spend your afternoons swimming with the kids, lounging poolside, enjoying a family barbecue, or gathering outside for evening cocktails. With plenty of room to spread out, the backyard becomes an extension of your vacation living space.

Walton County, Florida noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Guests must follow all HOA rules and regulations as well as applicable local laws.
This property is a duplex consisting of one East unit and one West unit. This listing is for the combined rental of both units.
The saltwater pool and pool area are shared between the East and West units when either unit is rented individually. When both units are rented together, the property is reserved exclusively for your group.
Pool heating is available seasonally upon request for $55 per day.

We are a professional vacation rental company and require all guests to sign a rental agreement after booking. We will contact you shortly after your reservation to obtain the required information and email the agreement to you. An email address will be required.
If the property comes with a golf cart or you choose to rent one through our company, a separate Golf Cart Waiver will also be required.
